 Cleaning process: When cleaning tile and grout, we first test the area to be cleaned to determine what chemicals are needed to perform the job correctly. All furniture is moved to an area out of the way so it can be sweep or vacuum as needed. Then we apply premium cleaning  pre - conditioner that we allow dwelling time for the breaking down dirt and grease. Now we pressure clean and extract with ultra hot water powered by our truck mounted system. Your tile will dry in about 10 minutes so you the customer can inspect it.
